Managing Partner, CEO
Henry Yang
Henry Yang oversees overall operations at Corsa Partners, focusing on investment sourcing, investor relations, and strategic partnerships.
An active investor in Asia’s AI, real estate, and travel sectors, he has strong networks across Asia, the Middle East, and Europe.
He serves as a Board Director at AI firm Cogent Labs, leading corporate strategy and fundraising, and founded Valar Services in 2023, an AI consulting firm for the Asian market. Through his family office, he manages a portfolio of over 30 real estate assets in Japan, Australia, and the U.S.
Yang holds a Bachelor’s degree from Meiji University.

David Su
David Su oversees investment sourcing, underwriting, and asset management at Corsa Partners.
He founded Sage Partners and Skyline Group International, advising and managing real estate portfolios across the U.S., Japan, and Taiwan.
Previously with Millerful No.1 REIT, Sprinta Inc., and major firms including Credit Suisse and Nomura, Su holds a B.A. from NYU Stern and is based in California.

Chris Lin
Chris Lin manages investor relations with major financial institutions and family offices in Taiwan.
He is the Founder of Sage Partners, advising on private equity, real estate, and corporate strategy.
A Venture Partner at Andra Capital, Lin builds partnerships between startups and Taiwanese corporations. Previously, he co-founded Breaktime Inc., an AI MarTech firm acquired by Foxconn, where he later led semiconductor investments.
Lin began his career at Morgan Stanley, Yuanta Securities, CLSA, and Lehman Brothers, and holds a B.S. from Columbia University and B.A from Claremont McKenna College

Head of Asset Management
Kinya Toda
Kinya Toda oversees asset management at Corsa Partners, bringing over 30 years of experience in property investment and finance.
He was the first CEO of Mori Building Real Estate Investment Advisory, growing AUM to JPY 350 billion, and previously worked at Deutsche Bank Group and a major Japanese bank.
Toda holds an M.Sc. in Economics from LSE and Engineering degrees from the University of Tokyo.

Atsushi Hayashi
Atsushi Hayashi leads the Corporate Division and handles day-to-day operations in the Sales at Corsa Partners. He spent over 30 years at Sumitomo Trust Bank (now SMTB) in corporate lending, asset management, and wealth management for high-net-worth clients.
He led SMTB’s retail investment trust business to a top market position and helped launch a UBS Switzerland partnership, serving as President of the joint venture. Most recently, he was an Executive Officer at AI firm Cogent Labs, overseeing finance and corporate planning.
Hayashi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Osaka City University.
